What is the Delivery Cost?

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of purchase. Items requesting personalisation may take extra time to be dispatched. Items despatched directly from our Suppliers may take a little longer.

Items shipped overseas may be subject to customs duty and may experience delays upon entry into the destination country. 

Delivery is either via Royal Mail or via courier. A signature may be required on delivery.

I have forgotten my password; how do I retrieve it?

Please click the forgotten password button when logging in and this will then send you an email with a ‘hint.’ If you did not enter a hint when registering your account, you can still reset your password by using the 'click here' button on the forgotten password page. If you are still unable to reset your password, please email us via ncefl@medoc.co.uk

What happens if I'm not at home for the delivery?

If your item has been shipped via Royal Mail and you are not at home to take delivery, they will leave a 'Sorry we missed you' note, which will provide details of your item's whereabouts. This may have been left with a neighbour, a re-delivery attempt will be made at a later date or the item will have been taken to your local delivery office. 

If your item has been shipped via courier and you are not home to take delivery, a card will be left detailing the whereabouts of your item. This could include but is not limited to being left with a neighbour, being left in a safe place or has been held onto for a delivery attempt at a later date. All details will be available on the note left. 

Returns Policy 

You can return unused products in its original condition, complete with tags alongside proof of purchase within 28 days for a full refund (excluding postage fee). Faulty items returned will be exchanged (if requested) and returned at no further cost. The cost of returning faulty goods will also be reimbursed.

To cancel your order or to arrange a refund, you can email or telephone using the details found on your enclosed invoice and e-mail and quote the order number supplied to you. All refunds will be paid within 28 days of goods being received.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning goods. We advise sufficient postal insurance is taken out to cover the full value of your items. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Sale items are excluded from our refund policy, with credit notes/vouchers provided should an exchange or refund be requested.

Personalised items, such as printed replica shirts cannot be refunded or exchanged. This includes printed shirts that contain the name and number of a player who then leaves the club or has their squad number altered throughout the season.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if goods have been used or worn unless proven to be of fault or of unsatisfactory quality.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
